I was feeling very nervous before starting my course but Eileen really supported me and made me feel at ease. I always looked forward to our fortnightly class to meet with my new friends and share different experiences.

I completed my level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Children’s Care, Learning and Development with Right Choice Training and cannot recommend them enough. Starting the course two months after everyone else, I was panicking that I wouldn’t be finished by May. However, Eileen my tutor, was amazing and provided support and guidance which kept everyone motivated. She ran the course brilliantly and due to her professional subject knowledge, organisation and communication  skills she made sure each student understood and completed each topic before moving on to the next one. When it came to my observations, like everyone else, nerves start to kick in. However, my assessor Sharon made me feel as ease and it was like she wasn’t in the room, therefore I enjoyed carrying out my activities. The course itself was very well covered and was very interesting that I have been able to bring information from it to my work place. Both Eileen and Sharon went beyond and more for every student and would recommend anyone wanting to study childcare Right Choice Training is the best.

Right Choice Training is a great place for everyone to reach their full potential through receiving excellent hands on training and learning new skills in a friendly and supportive environment. My tutor provided excellent support and guidance throughout the duration of my Level 3 Diploma in Children’s Care, Learning and Development. Clear explanations were always given for work to be completed in simple terminology and in a professional and friendly manner. Work can be completed at your own pace which suited my life as a busy working mum. The tutor always made herself available and was responsive to any questions I had if I needed help or guidance. I enjoyed my experience so much that I have now returned to Right Choice Training to complete the Level 3 Award in Working with Children and Young People with Special Needs. At first I was very over whelmed by the amount of work and time the course entailed but with the help and support of my tutor Eileen, I got there in the end.  I enjoyed the time spent in class getting to know all the girls. I would recommend Right Choice Training.
